Terms & Conditions

Welcome to TripleTouch Cleaning & Maintenance Limited. By booking our services, you agree to the following:

1. Our Services – We provide pressure washing, carpet cleaning, gutter cleaning, and related cleaning services for residential and commercial clients.
2. Quotes & Payment – All quotes are free and valid for 30 days. Prices may vary depending on actual conditions. Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
3. Cancellations – Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be charged up to 50% of the quoted price.
4. Access & Safety – Clients must provide safe access, water/electricity (where required), and remove fragile items. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or undisclosed risks.
5. Liability – We hold public liability insurance. While we take care, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains, or be responsible for issues caused by poor materials, hidden defects, or normal wear and tear.
6. Guarantees – Cleaning may reveal underlying damage not visible beforehand. We cannot guarantee permanent results where surfaces are already compromised.
7. Termination – We reserve the right to stop work if conditions are unsafe or if staff face abuse or unreasonable behaviour.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
